Just thought I would add this for anyone trying to register and having problems. I registered using my Yahoo mail account and never received my login and password. It turns out that Yahoo was automatically filtering mail from here into my "Spam" folder.
Once I searched the Spam folder, my login and password were waiting for me just like Keith said they would.
