I want to work on flexibility. Does anyone have a good way to measure this?

I would also like to do at least on O Goshi this year without making Hanshi Rawls cry.

I have a book on flexibility. Measuring your stretch depends on what type(s) of flexibility you're trying to achieve. Let me know if you want to check it out.

UPDATE:

I've manged to move my stretch from 4 blocks 4.5 blocks as measured by the dojo floor. And, no one was crying after my test Friday night so I assume my O Goshi was tolerable.

More work to be done, but kudos to Sensei Kevin for making us focus on these goals.
