"A Modern Approach to an Ancient Art" Shin Nagare Karate has its roots in several
martial arts systems such as Shotokan, Jujitsu, Judo, and Aikido. The chief
instructor is 7th Dan Black Belt Professor Kevin Swanner. Professor Swanner has
over 20 years of teaching experience.
The emphasis at our school is the strengthening of the individual both mentally and physically. Self Defense is stressed through practical techniques.
